Old Fashioned Ingredient List:
2 oz Bourbon
1 Sugar Cube
2-3 shakes of Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Peel
2 Luxardo Cherries

Muddle sugar cube, water, and bitters in an old fashioned glass for 1 minute.
Pour in whiskey and stir for an additional minute, adding ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.

Classic Margarita Ingredient List:
1 ½ oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Agave Nectar
Lime Wedge
Coarse Sea Salt

Start by salting the rim of your glass. Run a lime wedge along the top rim of a glass then dip the glass into a small plate of salt.
Add Tequila, triple sec, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add agave nectar to your desired level of sweetness, then vigorously shake the mixture.
Fill your glass with ice and pour in the margarita mixture, garnishing with a lime wedge.

French 75 Ingredient List:
1 ½ oz Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup (Learn the quick way to make your own!)
2-3 oz Champagne (or enough to top off glass)
Lemon Peel

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake mixture until chilled.
Strain mixture into Champagne flute, top off with Champagne.
Garnish your glass with a lemon twist.
