Philip (Phil) Lampe, a native of Cincinnati, joined Skylight Financial Group in 2020 after 25+ years in insurance and financial services at a Fortune 100 company. Phil’s financial planning practice is centered around listening closely to clients, deeply understanding their needs, wants and desires and then collaboratively building holistic and comprehensive financial plans that help them achieve their life dreams.
Phil holds advanced degrees from the University of Dayton and Brown University. He resides in Worthington where he leads his church’s singles ministry and serves as a DivorceCare leader to aid men and women going through the emotional, relational and financial disruption of divorce. A former triathlete and marathoner, when not pedaling his bicycle around the state of Ohio and beyond, Phil enjoys spending time with his family including his two daughters in London, England and Princeton, New Jersey.
