Skylight Showcase: Meet the New Hires of January 2020

We’re proud to announce new addition to the Skylight recruiting department—Cincinnati based Brittni Meadows! Get to know her below:

Brittni Meadows, Recruiting Coordinator, Cincinnati

Why did you choose to work at Skylight?

My goal in life is to help others, which matches perfectly with the vision of Skylight Financial Group. Financial planners truly makes a difference in the lives of their clients, and I am honored to assist the firm in finding additional talent.

What causes, community services do you have a passion for?

Well there are many causes that touch my heart, but this last year my focus was A21 which is a human rights non-profit protecting people from the horrors of sex trafficking. I also like to volunteer at my church whenever I can.

Outside of the office, what do you enjoy doing?

Most of all I love to spend time with my daughter and husband, they both bring me so much joy and peace! We enjoy plenty of weekend adventures like going to the movies, skating, playing games, arts and crafts, and traveling.

What would a sandwich named after you have on it?

Plenty of spicy ingredients! Jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, some type of hot sauce and lots of it, spicy seasoning on the meat, and sautéed onions!

Any big plans coming up?

Well last year was huge for my family and I to say the least—I got married, graduated from school, bought a house, visited four different states, and traveled outside of the country! This year will be much more relaxed, but we will still have a few small adventures throughout 2020!
