Annie Schwarz
Director of Operations
Annie Schwarz joined Skylight Financial Group in 2022 with nearly two decades of experience in philanthropy, management, and operations. Most recently, Annie served as Vice President of Advancement at The Music Settlement, a centuries-old community music and arts nonprofit in Cleveland, OH. In this role, she was responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives, operational management, and marketing. In addition to improving organizational business processes, Annie continually surpassed annual philanthropic goals and secured the largest charitable gift in the organization’s history.
Prior to that, Annie served as Senior Director of Development at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During her nearly nine-year tenure, Annie advanced within the Public Affairs department. Initially responsible for the department’s marketing and communication efforts, Annie quickly progressed to leading the department, overseeing all fundraising, marketing, and alumni relations endeavors.
She is grateful for the opportunity to apply her leadership and organizational skills to support Skylight Financial Group’s strategic initiatives and contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success. Annie is a graduate of John Carroll University. She lives in Solon, OH with her husband, Adam and two children. They are a family of sports fans and are active parishioners of St. Rita’s Church.
