Crystal was with a general agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) from 2008-2013, starting part-time scanning documents for data retention then moving to full-time as a New Business Coordinator. She returned to the firm in 2016, shortly before it became Skylight Financial Group. Since her return, she has been in various positions, loves getting to see the business from many different aspects, and is currently oversees the scanning system for the firm as well as coordinate the Financial Professional Admin Project.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two grown daughters, their spouses, and her sweet pup Cocoa. Crystal also enjoys all things nature and is a frequent visitor to the Toledo Metroparks, State Parks, and National Parks.
