Gregory Seals joined Skylight Financial Group in 2013 as a Sales Manager and Financial Advisor after working at John Hancock as a Financial Planner for 14 years, when he started his career in 1999. Gregory’s practice is built on providing comprehensive financial planning delivered by a defined educational process. His mission is to create financial security, efficiency, clarity, and risk management for clients while helping them achieve their goals.
Gregory’s start in the industry included selling long-term care insurance followed by life insurance of all types, fixed and variable annuities of all kinds, disability income insurance, college, and retirement planning. In 2015 Gregory started his own UnitedHealthcare/AARP Medicare IMO agency and has become a well-known and respected Medicare Resource for many businesses, financial professionals, and personal clients.
Gregory’s insurance license is active, and he is doing business in his resident state of OH, and non-resident states of MI, IN, ILL, FL, KY, NC, PN, SC, TX, WV, VA, and WI. Gregory is also licensed to offer securities in OH, MI, and VA and is a fee-based financial planner.
Gregory graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications. Gregory founded, played, and coached The University of Toledo’s club hockey team while in school at UT from 1994-1998. He currently resides in Sylvania, Ohio, with his wife, Leah, a Certified Nurse Practitioner at The Toledo Hospital and has three children. His daughter Rylie just graduated from BGSU and is a registered nurse at The Toledo Hospital. Gregory also has two sons, Drew, a Freshman at BGSU focusing on business, and Brenden, a Sophomore honor roll student at Sylvania Northview playing ice hockey and baseball.
