Bob Schoonmaker brings over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, having spent his career helping clients and advisors navigate the complexities of investment, insurance, and banking solutions. Before retiring in 2023, Bob served as a Market Director at a regional bank, where he led high-performing teams and worked closely with individual clients to deliver personalized, strategic financial guidance.
Born and raised in Maumee, Ohio, Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Toledo and an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan.
In addition to his work as an advisor coach, Bob is an avid CrossFit enthusiast and certified coach, bringing the same energy and discipline to fitness that he applies to his professional life.
