Thomas Giovanoli, Financial Advisor, Toledo

Where are you from? Toledo, Ohio

Why did you choose to work at Skylight? I chose to work at Skylight because I had great conversations with the coaches and Coop. After working for a smaller RIA, Skylight had a ton of resources and people who were willing to help. When I went into the Maritime office in downtown Toledo and met Rick Rudnicki and his team, I knew it was the right fit for me.

What causes or community services do you have a passion for? I have a passion for trying to improve the East Side of Toledo as that is where I grew up. I try to help in any way I can to make it a better place.

Outside of the office, what do you enjoy? Being a dad to my daughter Teagan (4) and Son Hudson (1). I am also an avid golfer and love to fish.

What is something about you that surprises most people? I moved to Denver, CO over 10 years ago and returned home. I always get asked “Why would you ever come back?”.

Where is one of your favorite places to travel and why? Hawaii. I have been to three of the islands and absolutely love it there. It is a great combination of water and outdoor activities.

Keith Randolph, Digital Marketing Specialist, Toledo

Where are you from? Toledo, Ohio

Why did you choose to work at Skylight? My background is mostly in healthcare, but I wanted to take my career in a new direction and this job at Skylight was there at the right time.

What causes or community services do you have a passion for? I’m the head soccer coach for St. John’s Jesuit Jr. Academy and I volunteer for the local German American Festival.

What life achievement are you most proud of? Being a dad to my two beautiful kids.

Outside of the office, what do you enjoy doing? Fishing, boating, camping and anything else outdoors.

What is the funniest dad joke you know? What's the best thing about Switzerland? I don't know, but the flag is a big plus.
