Paul A. Fox

Paul Fox began his financial services career in 1996 after emigrating from Belfast, Ireland in 1994. He graduated from the University of Ulster, Coleraine, with a Bachelor of Arts (Honor) in banking and finance.
Upon arriving in Cleveland, Ohio, Paul began his financial services career with American Express, where he developed his basic financial planning knowledge.
In 2000, Paul joined Skylight Financial Group where he was instrumental in the development of the current financial planning model and the current infrastructure of the firm. Additionally, Paul has been nationally ranked as a sales manager with our parent company, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual).
In 2007, Paul took over as the President and CEO of Skylight Financial Group, where he has continued to grow the firm. Under his leadership, the firm has received multiple honors, including winning the Crystal Achievement Award in 2007, the MassMutual Silver and Bronze Bowls in 2007 and 2008, respectively, and the MassMutual Gold Bowl in 2011, which is the highest honor an agency can receive. These awards recognize such areas as production, retention, development of new planners, and growth over the prior year. Also, as a result of Paul’s leadership, Skylight Financial Group has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer in 2015 and named to the North Coast 99 in 2012.
Paul is a registered principal of MML Investors Services, LLC and serves as an officer of the MassMutual General Agents Association. He is on the board of directors for MOCA (Cleveland’s Museum of Contemporary Art), as well as Lutheran Hospital.
