Sales Operations Coordinator

Rachel Smylie joined Skylight Financial Group in the Summer of 2022 as the Sales Operations Coordinator. In her role, Rachel works to create connections between our team of specialists and the individuals they support. Rachel also assists our team of financial professionals across several departments to ensure our clients receive top notch customer service in the most efficient way possible.

Rachel graduated with a BA from Ohio University in 2011 and since then her career has spanned across various industries including online & traditional retail as well as retail banking. Before joining the Skylight team, Rachel worked as the Assistant Director at a local preschool.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, baking, and catching up on the latest Netflix releases. When not at the office Rachel can be found at home with her husband Jordan, managing the chaos of their two children, two cats, two dogs and the family gerbil.
